On World Environment Day, we hosted two events to promote conservation and sustainability. At the Army Police Training Centre, we shared practical tips to enhance eco-friendly practices, while students from School of India explored nature and learned how empathy and action can protect our environment for the future.

Two-Day Nature Study Camp – Grade 8, NPS Kudlu
A group of Grade 8 students from NPS Kudlu immersed themselves in nature at Bannerghatta Biological Park. Through hands-on activities, discussions on conservation, and field observations, students deepened their understanding of biodiversity, sustainable practices, and the delicate balance between ecosystems.
Field Visit – Toyota Eco Zone, NHVPS RR Nagar
On 6th July 2023, Grade 8 students from NHVPS RR Nagar visited Toyota Eco Zone to learn about waste management, pollution control, and biodiversity. They explored pollinator gardens and applied the 6 R’s—Refuse, Reduce, Recycle, Reuse, Refine, Redesign—to create eco-friendly solutions from waste.
NHVPS RR Nagar – Nature Club Activities (2022–23)
After schools reopened in 2022, students from Grades 5–11 at NHVPS RR Nagar explored biodiversity and conservation under the guidance of Mr. Jai Sharma. Through gardening, birdwatching, soil studies, and lake visits, they connected classroom learning with real-world nature experiences and began working on eco-friendly projects.
Field Day Out – Trio World Cambridge – IGCSE students
Students from Trio World School’s Cambridge IGCSE program explored a lake ecosystem, gaining hands-on experience in biodiversity, habitats, and sampling techniques. Observing insects, birds, and studying soil and water processes, they deepened their understanding of ecosystems and conservation in a real-world setting.
Jayamangali Blackbuck Conservation Reserve Visit
Students explored the grasslands of Jayamangali, observing blackbucks, hares, and migratory birds. Through guided walks and wildlife spotting, they learned about the importance of grassland ecosystems, predator-prey relationships, and habitat conservation.
